Refund policy

  1. All products are inspected prior to dispatch.
  2. If a product arrives damaged, you must send an unboxing video to our support email.
  3. Damaged items will be inspected; you may receive a refund or exchange.
  4. Products are not returnable except in cases of confirmed damage or defect.
  5. You must report any defects by emailing us within 24 hours of delivery; claims after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  6. If your complaint is found to be valid after inspection, a refund will be issued within 4–5 business days after the product is returned to us via courier. Courier charges will also be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
